Interim measures / urgent measures

Urgent measures taken by the European Court of Human Rights and the UN Committees pending a final decision when an individual risks being subjected to irreparable damage. For instance, our lawyers use this mechanism in cases to prevent removal (expulsion, deportation, extradition) of a client when he/she is at risk being subjected to torture or other ill-treatment.
