Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

International body in the United Nations system. It monitors States’ compliance with the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. One of the functions of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is to consider complaints from individuals concerning States' violations of their rights under this Convention.
