Protection against deportation and other forms of expulsion is our specialisation. Among our clients are people:

whose asylum applications were rejected (see Applying for asylum)
who will not get the necessary medical care in the country of origin
whose residence permit was revoked
as well as two men hiding from torture at the territory of the Swedish embassy in Belarus

In such cases, we go beyond national administrative and judicial bodies. We have considerable experience in representing individuals before the European Court of Human Rights and specialised United Nations human rights bodies (Human Rights Committee, Committee against Torture, Committee on the Rights of the Child, Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women).
